New Trash and Recycling Cans have Been Delivered

** Updated on Monday, November 16, 2020

New trash and recycling totes have been dropped off in the community. After much confusion between the Township and Eagle Disposal, we have received the following information.

  • You DO NOT have to keep the new totes even for the 90-day "trial" period.  If you want to return one or both of the cans, please call Eagle Customer Service at 717-355-9560 and they will pick them up.
  • The small green recycling cans belong to the property.  You can do whatever you want with it.  Toss is, keep it, repurpose it, etc.  If you are going to trash, label it trash.
  • If you plan to use the new recycling totes and don't want the older blue can, you can put it out with the trash. Please clearly label it trash so there is no confusion.

If for some reason you did not receive the new cans and would like them, you can call Eagle (717-355-9560) to have them delivered.
