Winter Weather Warning

- SNOW IS EXPECTED THIS WEEK -

Wednesday December 16th - Thursday December 17th.

The snow removal company will be here once we hit 3 to 4 inches.

Below are some important reminders about how we handle snow plowing/shoveling during storms.

  • Residents are always responsible to shovel their walkway from your door to your parking spot.
  • Please remove all vehicles from the guest parking spots and from along the road, if possible. You may park 3 cars in your personal parking spots. They are big enough to fit 3 cars.
  • For snowfalls of 3”-6”: The mailbox area and visitor parking lots will be cleared. The walkway in front of your home is your responsibility.
  • For snowfalls over 6”: All walkways and personal parking spots will be cleared.
  • The snow removal company will clear the guest parking spots first.
  • If you want your parking spot to be plowed you will need to be sure to move your vehicle from the space when the plow company is here. You can move your car back and forth from the guest parking during this time.
  • We usually post in the Facebook Group when the snow removal company arrives so you can move your car(s).

Because it will be snowing throughout the day and evening tomorrow, we can not guarantee that the snow removal company will plow out parking spaces until Thursday. Once they begin plowing out parking spaces, we will update our Facebook page so you can move your cars.

The heaviest snow is expected to fall overnight on Wednesday. The company will return Thursday to finish plowing.

Be safe and remember we are all neighbors so let's help each other out over these next 2 days.
